TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES

The submission of an incomplete form may result in shipping delays.

Acceptable forms of payment:

  • * Prepaid: US Postal Money Order or Direct bank Transfer. A payment made by any other means must clear before the purchase will be shipped out.
  • * Direct Bank Deposit or PAYPAL.
  • * C.O.D.: US postal Money Order ONLY. If this is your first order with REAC Computer Services, Inc (REAC), you have to fax us copies of the US Money Order(s) for the total amount of the invoice.
  • * Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, or Discover. Credit card will be charged prior to shipping.

Minnesota residents please add appropriate sales tax.

All claims for shortage or damage must be made within 2 days of receipt.

20% CANCELLATION FEE (30% for RAM and software) applies to ALL returned, canceled, or refused items.

S/H charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

NO REFUNDS after 15 days.

NO REFUNDS on open software.

NO RETURNS without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number).

If any action is commenced for the collection of the amount due or to enforce the "terms and conditions of sales", the buyer must pay attorney's fees and any other costs associated with the aforementioned action. There will be a late charge of 1.5% monthly for each past due payment. These charges will continue to accrue during collection proceedings.

The sale shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. The venue for any legal action shall be in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Custom and special orders cannot be canceled or returned.

We are not responsible for typographical errors or shipping and manufacturing delays.

All prices are given in US DOLLARS and are subject to change without notice.

REAC Computer Services, Inc. will supply technical and/or warranty support on specific items. Support and warranty may also be supplied by the Manufacture. All support, including D.O.A. units, will be provided by REAC Computer Services, Inc. or the manufacturer.

An acceptable number of bad pixels on LCD displays varies with each manufacturer.

The warranty covers parts and labor only. Shipping, batteries, software, and other consumables are not covered, unless otherwise specified.

The terms of this agreement supersede any contradictory terms set forth by the buyer.

If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling charges within continental U.S. are calculated according to the actual cost per the shipper selected. There are extra surcharges for expedite orders.

Non-continental U.S. states: only 2nd / next day service is available.

Average order processing time is 24 hours. Usually orders placed before 2pm C.S.T. are shipped out the same day. However, due to various reasons (payment verification problems, incomplete information, warehouse discrepancies, complicated upgrades, etc.) some orders may take longer to process. We will contact you if additional information is required or order is delayed for more than 10 days.

We also calculate shipping costs to Canada. Select UPS shipment method for Canada and use "Calculate Price" button in online ordering page

P.O. Box addresses - only ground shipping (up to seven days) and priority shipping (two-three days) is available
